If we are unable to recover your data within 24 hours from receiving your storage device, we will return your device and provide a full refund.
We will contact you to arrange collection of your failing storage device (Hard drive / USB Flash Drive / SD Card / etc). Once collected, we will take 24 hours to attempt to recover any data remaining on it. Recovered data will be backed-up and sent to you via a web-link.
