This £50 service fee encompasses collection, diagnosis, part-ordering, receipts, installation, testing, and delivery of your repaired device. We will require an additional payment to cover the total cost of any required replacement component(s).
We offer this service for the following devices:

Games Consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo)
Mobile Phone
Upon receiving your order, we will arrange to visit you to collect your device and assess the reported problem. After the assessment, we will either fix the issue if no replacement parts are necessary, or if replacement components are needed, we will provide a quote for us to procure and install the required part(s). Once the replacement part(s) are installed, we will conduct thorough testing to confirm full functionality before returning your repaired device.
