This package includes one month of the following services:
Unlimited Remote Tech Support & up to 3x Home Visits.
Remote Tech Support conducted via phone call, text or email.
Up to 3x Home Visits to collect/diagnose/install equipment.
Device Maintenance & Security
We will check each of your devices to ensure they are fully updated, protected with a suitable Anti-Virus, and to remove any obvious clutter (unnecessary files/programs).
Essential Data Backups
We will ensure that you are backing up your essential digital data (family photos / important files) to a safe Cloud Backup location (eg: OneDrive, Google Drive, etc).
Home Network Speed - Improvement plan.
We will thoroughly test your home network to ensure you are getting the correct speeds and a reliable connection. We will identify the source of any network issues and provide quotes for recommended equipment to improve your connection (Ethernet Cables, Network Switches, Wireless Access Points, etc). If agreed, we will order the recommended equipment then arrange a date to install it and set it up for you.
Ease Of Use - Improvement plan.
We will check your current desk setup / work area to identify any causes of discomfort (eg: monitor height, seat design, computer accessories, & desk clutter) or inefficient workflows (eg: emailing files to another device to print). We then create an improvement plan containing our recommendations to improve comfort and efficiency in your workflow.
