Slow/Crashing Mini PC - Memory Upgrade

This customer's Mini PC was running slowly and occasionally crashing, when they had all of their necessary applications open. We found that the PC's 8GB of RAM was frequently at 100% usage, which causes these symptoms. We provided quotes for the required replacement parts (2x 8GB DDR4 SoDIMM RAM Modules) and the customer sent payment. Once the parts arrived, we removed the PC's current RAM modules and installed the new ones. We tested and confirmed that the customer was now able to run all of their previous applications smoothly at ~70% RAM usage.
