The £100 service fee encompasses management, recommendations, part-ordering, receipts, assembly, setup, testing, and delivery of your custom computer. We will require an additional payment to cover the total cost of the selected computer components.
Once your order is placed, we will reach out to discuss your budget and intended use for the computer. We will then clarify the necessary types of components and provide specific recommendations. After reaching an agreement on each component, we will collect payment from you to begin the ordering process. You will receive regular daily updates on the delivery and receipt of each component. Once everything has arrived, we will start assembling the computer. After all components are assembled, we will install your chosen operating system (Windows or Linux) along with all necessary drivers and updates. The completed PC will be tested and delivered to you by the next working day.
